HEY, I'M Pamela!
I spent five years housebound with chronic fatigue, unsure if I’d ever feel like myself again. Through functional nutrition, I healed my body and restored my energy, an approach that also helped me avoid a debilitating menopause journey.
Today, I use that same knowledge to help women transform their health and show them they don’t have to suffer through their menopause journey.

Coming together to celebrateÂ
This International Menopause Month, we’re coming together to celebrate and break the silence around menopause, while also honouring Black History Month
