Heal Her Retreats are exclusively for anyone who was assigned female at birth. Created using a powerful combination of yoga, meditation, stress management tools, optimal nutrition and other healing therapies, you can be sure that you’ll come away a changed woman after attending one of our retreats!

Unlike many other retreats, we don’t just view your health from one perspective but take a truly holistic approach to heal, including both the spiritual and the physical. We will work towards rebalancing your hormones, help you to beat any niggling health issues, and leave you feeling calmer, happier and more in control of your life. 

This retreat will be perfect for you if you want to learn more about yoga or deepen your yoga practice, create balance from the inside out, understand your unique female body, learn how to nurture yourself both physically and mentally.

We’ll also be looking at optimising your body systems, calming the mind and body, letting go of stress, and really relaxing while surrounded by like-minded women in beautiful and relaxing surroundings.

For example, Kate, the owner, shares a story about Piper's Elsewhere bedroom, which reminds her of a room called Elsewhere in Goa from 10 years ago.

Piper House is a beautiful, historic home located in the heart of the charming and picturesque town of Stamford, Lincolnshire. Built in the 17th century and with parts lovingly restored to their former glory, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. The tranquil surroundings empower your inner strength and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Enjoy mouthwatering plant-based cuisine

Our very own private chef, Chamiah, will create delicious, locally sourced vegetarian and vegan meals and healthy snacks throughout the weekend. These meals will nourish you from the inside, boost your energy levels, and help rebalance your hormones.

Who are we? 

Hi! We’re Pamela and Nicole Windle- an inspiring mother and daughter wellness team.

Back in 2017, we decided to join forces, combining yoga and women's health, to help you feel like your old self again, stretch out those knots, and feel great, no matter what the season of life.

Pamela Windle- your personal health coach

Pamela Windle is an international integrated women’s health coach, hypnotherapist and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. Trained by the Integrated Institute of Women's Health and the International Menopause Society and advice to the British Standard Institute on groundbreaking women's health in the workplace guidance. 

Over the past eight years, she’s guided women just like you through their unique menopause journey, helping them to become calmer and more confident and rediscover their inner power.

Her insight into female hormones, wellbeing and mental health will transform your life, empowering you to overcome your personal challenges such as hormonal imbalances, weight problems, chronic stress and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, bloating, IBS symptoms and broken sleep, and help you finally feel like your old self again.

She works alongside women choosing to take HRT or those choosing the natural route.

Nicole - your Yoga teacher & sound healer

Nicole is an expert in yoga and sound healing meditation, with experience teaching internationally.

 She’s been teaching and guiding students since 2015 with over 300 hours of training. Teaching mainly Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga styles, bringing Yin & Yang elements to her classes.

It‚Äôs all about balance,¬†flowing and moving energy around the body (Yang) to moving into stillness, connecting to the stillness and the breath¬†‚Ästbeing present (Yin).

She can help to soothe your mind, body and soul through healing yoga, meditation, breathing and sound healing practices she has learnt along her travels in India & Thailand. Bringing the East to the West because we all need a bit more woo-sah.

Her sessions are designed to help individuals release stress and achieve a state of relaxation.
