I can say that Nicole and Pamela did a fantastic job with this retreat! I definitely recommend their services and ability to heal you❤️ They gave me one of the best weeks of my life, incredible yoga teaching and health coaching! We enjoyed some powerful experiences, ate delicious food, practiced yoga and meditation in the sunshine, we even got the opportunity to learn African dancing and African drumming.
