Pillar 1: Understanding Your Needs

You will start by working through a specially-designed series of health assessments, quizzes and other insightful health tools that will help us to understand exactly where we are starting from.

We’ll be looking at your health and wellness from an entirely holistic perspective, instead of taking a symptom-based approach so we can heal you as a person, instead of just a number.

This includes:

  • Your menstrual cycle (if applicable)
  • Your pelvic floor health
  • Any existing symptoms
  • Your gut health
  • Your lifestyle choices
  • DUTCH test, organic acid test, hormonal testing and referrals (optional, not included in programme fee)

Pillar 2: Activating Change

Once you’ve completed the initial assessments and understand which areas need greatest attention, we can light that spark and start moving towards positive and healing change.
