Meet your host
Pamela Windle- your personal health coach
I am an international integrated women's health coach, hypnotherapist, and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. I have trained with the Integrated Institute of Women's Health and the International Menopause Society, and I have provided guidance to the British Standards Institute on groundbreaking women’s health initiatives in the workplace.
For the past nine years, I have guided women through their unique menopause journeys, helping them become more confident, lighter, happier, and feel younger. I began running retreats with my daughter in 2017, and this is my first retreat on my own.
I am well-known for my deep understanding of holistic hormone health, years of expertise in women's health, and my calming presence
