Hi, I am Pamela Windle 

I'm a certified Integrated Women's Health Coach trained in Functional Nutrition, Personal Training, Hypnosis and NLP,  with 10 years of experience helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause.

I combine evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle medicine and diagnostic testing to build personalised approaches, and not generic advice.

Everything I teach is grounded in lived experience. I practice what I teach and my own health journey is the foundation of my work.

I am also an adviser to the British Standards Institution (BSI) and the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) on menstruation and menopause in the workplace.

I train leaders to create psychological safety for women at all phases of life.
