"Working with Pamela to gain an understanding of why my body reacts the way it does and making changes to my eating and lifestyle habits has resulted in improving my metabolic healthspan score, less hot flushes and being able to loose weight naturally".Â

Hi, Iam Pamela WindleÂ
I am the founder of Smarter Change, a certified integrated women's health coach and workplace consultant specialising in menstruation and menopause.
With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I have positively impacted the lives of thousands of women in perimenopause and beyond.
I have advised the British Standard Institute and worked with organisations such as Channel 4, QVC, The Old Vic Company, NHS Care Trust, and Step Change.
BSI recently acknowledged my work in the groundbreaking BS 30416—Menstruation, Menstrual Health, and Menopause in the Workplace Guidance on the Social Impact.
My passion for women's health stems from my own struggle with chronic fatigue during the early stages of perimenopause, from which I have fully recovered.
This experience has provided me with valuable knowledge and expertise to empathise with the challenges faced by the women I support.
