I honestly feel really lucky because my menopause journey has been pretty easygoing. It’s not just about luck or good genes, believe me—I've been through my fair share of tough times. I struggled with crippling chronic fatigue. 

I was on complete bed rest and broken for five years, confused and afraid. I didn't recognise myself.
