BSI recently recognised me for my contribution to the groundbreaking BS 30416—Menstruation, Menstrual Health and Menopause in the Workplace guidance on social impact. I am proud to say that I am now a member of the committee working on the international version.

My passion for women's health stems from my own battle with chronic fatigue during the early stages of perimenopause, from which I have fully recovered. This experience has equipped me with valuable knowledge and expertise to empathise with the challenges faced by the women I support.
